With in-depth research of teachers education, the degree of teacher's job satisfaction is becoming the cutting edge of teacher's research. As the important group in the team of teacher career, the degree of kindergarten teacher's job satisfaction not only concerns the healthy development of children, but also the quality of kindergarten. The correlational research shows that the organizational climate of kindergarten will affect the degree of teachers'job satisfaction. This research attempts to make a general survey of the organizational climate of kindergarten and the degree of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers'and the relationship of these two factors by exemplifying parts of the kindergartens in Henan province.This research adopts as the measurement tool Questionnaire on degree of working satisfaction of preschool teacher modified by Yongxian Wang and Questionnaire on Description of organizational climate written by Yanqiong Cao, and make questionnaire research on the kindergarten teachers of 18 kindergartens in the city of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang and do open interviews with some teachers who takes parts in the survey.The key conclusion of research is as follows:1,In general, the degree of job satisfaction of preschool teacher is in the middle level, it can be considered that kindergarten teacher is general satisfied . Teachers in the "work itself" scored the highest level, in the "paid work" scored lowest level.2,The kindergarten with different types of climates have different proportions, open typeclimate takes up 28%.3,The kindergarten teachers with different age, marital status, were not statistically different in job satisfaction scores. The nature of the kindergarten, the size of kindergarten are important factors in job satisfaction.4,The related coefficient between gross score of degree of satisfaction and organizational climate is 0.371, which reaches the most significant level.5,The kindergarten teachers with the different organizational climate has a significant difference in the gross score of their job satisfaction. The teachers with higher organizational climate has a higher degree of satisfaction, and the teachers with lower organizational climate has a lower degree of satisfaction.6,In the different type organizational climate of kindergarten, the gross score of teachers job satisfaction has a significant difference with the score of other levels, the kindergarten with highest level of degree of satisfaction is one with open type organizational climate.7,The result of regression analysis shows that the organizational climate of kindergarten is the good predictive variable for the degree of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. In organizational climate, the support behavior and limit behavior of the principal's behaviors, the colleague behavior of the kindergarten teacher's behaviors can predict better the degree of job satisfaction of teachers.Based on the above conclusion, the researcher put up with following suggestions:1,Improvement of salary system of kindergarten;2,Establishment of people-oriented incentive system to teachers; 3,Setting up the idea of organizational climate, attaching importance to the organizational climate; 4,Caring and supporting teachers, help teachers to realize the self-development; 5,good at constructing the open type organizational climate etc.
