Kindergarten teachers as highemotion workers,the emotional labor affects teachers' teaching behavior and job performance directly,and it is also a key factor affecting their professional development.Compared with other profession,kindergarten teachers need to pay higher intensity of emotional labor,and emotional labor is closely related to teachers' physical and mental health,job satisfaction,and job burnout.Then,focusing on the current different types of kindergarten organization atmosphere and environment,how does the kindergarten organization atmosphere affect the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor? How does emotional labor affect the organizational climate? This study points the perspective of the kindergarten organization atmosphere and the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,analyzes the current situation of the two,and tries to explore the relationship between the kindergarten organization atmosphere and the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor.Based on this,this study mainly uses the questionnaire method to take about 600 kindergarten teachers from Shenyang,Dalian and Panjin in Liaoning Province as the test subjects,using the “Formal Questionnaire for Kindergarten Teachers' Emotional Labor” and “Kindergarten Organizational Atmosphere Description Questionnaire”.As the main research tool,supplemented by indepth interviews as a further improvement and supplement,the data results are finally obtained to examine the current situation of kindergarten organization atmosphere and kindergarten teachers' emotional labor status,and to analyze the relationship between kindergarten organization atmosphere and indergarten teachers' emotional labor..The results of this study indicate that:First of all,in the current situation of kindergarten organization atmosphere,in general,kindergarten teachers can experience a more moderate organizational atmosphere,the overall organizational atmosphere of kindergartens is relatively good,and the scores of each dimension are from high to low,followed by teachers' professional behavior and teacher intimacy.The director supports the behavior,the director's supervision behavior,the director's restriction behavior,and the teacher's alienation behavior.Secondly,the differences in the six dimensions of the kindergarten organization atmosphere at the level of the park and the garden havereached a significant level.Finally,the type of kindergarten organization atmosphere is dominated by a closed atmosphereand an open atmosphere,and open kindergartens are gradually increasing.Secondly,in the status quo of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,the overall level of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor is higher,and the scores of each dimension are natural performance,deep play and surface play.In terms of demographic variables,there are significant differences in the dimensions of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor in terms of working age,wage income,marital status,education and teaching grade.Thirdly,in terms of the relationship between the kindergarten organization atmosphere and the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,in addition to the dimension of the director's restricted behavior in the organizational atmosphere,there is a significant correlation between the kindergarten organizational climate dimensions and the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor.The kindergarten teachers' emotional labor scores are ranked from high to low in the four types of organizational atmosphere: open,input,alienated,and closed.Correlation and regression analysis showed that the relationship between the support behavior of the kindergarten director and the teacher's professional behavior and the kindergarten teacher's emotional labor was significant,and it had a positive predictive effect.Finally,based on the results of this study,the researchers tried to make the following recommendations: First,the director should recognize the importance of a good organizational climate to enhance teachers' emotional ability.Secondly,the director should focus on creating a harmonious and good kindergarten organization atmospher...
