The article through this interactive way to examine the statusof the case school school organizational climate, and from the principals and teachersof these two aspects, to further explore a number of factors that affect the atmosphereof a school organization.In this paper, using questionnaires and interviews as the way to school teachersfor the investigation of the case objects, to explore the status of the case of the schoolorganizational climate and its influencing factors.The key conclusion of research is as follows:1. The case study of the school organizational climate is openness level, thelevel of organizational climate scores were above average, teachers with limitedsupervision and school principals perceived low level of support for behavior andschool principals, teachers perceive high levels of professionalism behavior.2. Principal leadership behavior on the overall atmosphere of the schoolorganization at all levels were significantly affected, but all levels of leadershipbehaviors influence on organizational climate is different.3. Personal factors teachers, teachers’ marital status, level of education, taughtgrades, age and seniority will affect their perception of school organizational climateat all levels.Teacher job satisfaction of school organizational climate impact, but the impactof different levels of satisfaction with each of the organizational climate.Based on this, the study made a number of management recommendations:1.
