In 2003 blog was applied in the field of education, and since then it has attracted lots of the first-tier teachers, many of whom are elementary and secondary school teachers. They take part in it actively and show great interest which makes Teachers'Blog come into being and grow at very fast speed. And this calls many experts and scholars'attention widely. At present, researches on Teachers'Blog focus only in some areas and mainly on the study of applied science. Even there are some researches related to education blog are about its application of Teachers'Blog; but mostly through survey methods of questionnaires. Therefore, this paper tries a narrative way to show the role in the promotion of development of the teacher professional of Teachers'Blog.As one of the possible means to promote the teacher professional development, what it will do after all and how it functions are what this paper try to answer. Firstly, the author gives a brief production of Teachers'Blog, then about the teacher who engaged, and show the process of the study, also on the methods of information collection and tidying. Secondly, through the survey on teacher F, the development of her blog is described. Under the analysis of the causes and functions how Teachers'Blog affects the development of the teacher professional, this paper points the role Teachers'Blog influences in the way of changing knowledge management, transformation tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, promotion of teachers empowerment and the concept of education. What Teachers'Blog will do on the development of the teacher professional is connected to teacher's introspection. Besides, during the process of tidying up her blog some problems exist, for example, her narrative inquiry in education is not deep enough, the cooperation of teachers group should be promoted and the professional leading of the experts needs to be strengthened urgently. Finally, some advice is given on three parts about enhancing teacher's ability to reflect, implementing high levels of peer assistance and professional leading.
