By the trend that educational blogs was brought into the teaching material and training activity of teachers in the high school and elementary school, the rising number of teachers master the usage of blogs and facilitate their professional development through them.It was universally admitted that blogs have the necessary association with the professional development of teachers in the current studies but lacking of the demonstration study. Can blogs facilitate the professional development of teachers and how?Concerning the question, Marina,making herself as the object of study,probes into the influence of blogs to the professional life of teachers through the work and experience of the two "learning room"and "thinking tree".My study ,choosing Marina as the object of study, integrating with Marina's study will be an evidence chain.My study embodies two strips of thoughts.I the discription of Marina's study,It describes the professional transformation course of Marina's using blogs actually. II The study of Marina's study, that is the meta-study of Marina, I realize the intention and activity of teacher's employing blogs to research and discuss the affecting elements in blogs'application of teachers 'learn study, teach.Qualitative and quantitative research methods were adopted in this study.With the quality methods,the author tracked and studied the Classroom-based instruction process and the blogging behavior,collected lots of data,and analyzed them.The purpose of using quantitative description(reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.)is to get a picture of the structure of the system the interaction between teachers and BLOG.At one time,the qualitative research(interview,qualitative analysis,etc.) provides the understanding of the meaning and abundant detail.In the course of the study, we simultaneously carried out a tracking observation on their classroom teaching and blogs through the literature survey previously. In the further research, the affected factors that we found to professional development of teachers in analysing blogs in the method of combining the qualitative research and the quantitative will provide a theoretical basis for the prospective self-study and professional development .Come to the following conclusions: (1)the thorough analysis of the case study, the results of the research showed that Teacher's blogs as supportive tools of teachers for professional development do not have educational function only if blogs combining with the professional development of teachers in practice will better promote the professional development of teachers. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the teacher professional development in the face of informationization of education, the research has put forward some suggestions for teacher (2) In the analysis of the case study, the research offer some strategies of the teacher professional development in e-Education which based on BLOG from the tree phases of the application of BLOG (3) Performance expectations,effort expectations and social significance will influence disposition of teachers'employing the blogs,especially the performance expectations. Although assistance to teaching and study from blogs is being considering positive, it is not equivalent to the actual occurrence.
