With the thorough of the modern society economy and information globalization, countries around the world are facing increasingly fierce competition .With the popularization of higher education, it has become the core work of colleges and universities to improve the quality of teaching. While the correct evaluation of the quality of college teaching plays an important role in the safeguarding of the quality of higher education. Therefore, the study of the teaching evaluation system has very important significance.Teaching quality evaluation adopts the "Student Ratings of Teaching" approach mainly. The interference of the teachers will inevitably be a subjective property to students, while students scoring for teachers, which makes the final result of teach assessment to a simple additive lack of objectivity. Therefore it is necessary to establish a new statistical method that can remove external factors on the impact to the result of teach assessment as much as possible,so that evaluation results can be objective and reflects the quality of teaching impartially.Firstly, this paper details the development process of teaching evaluation and its development direction. And it analyzes China's current problems in teaching evaluation, indicating the importance of the study.Secondly, taking the data assessment of a University in Shandong as example, this paper uses the analysis of variance method to analyze the results of teach assessment data , and it also studies the effect of the teachers'own factors on the result of the teach assessment and the degree of influence religion produced by the overall evaluation factors.At last, this paper uses the factor analysis method to deal with the results of the teach assessment and extracts five main factors out, which have a significant effect on the teaching activities. Thus, the statistical of the evaluation results of the teacher is more fair and reasonable, providing analytical basis to improve the quality of teaching for teachers and a reasonable basis for the educational administration department.
