Carrying out the teaching evaluation of higher vocational education will be a positive impetus to make vocational education adapted to the situation, faces the society and speeds up the development. And it is also a need of higher vocational education in their own development. However, the traditional evaluation methods have some drawbacks, e.g.the evaluation system of higher vocational education is unfair and unreasonable. Therefore it can not evaluate the real situation of the work of teachers.This thesis first introduces thesis background and significance, describes its related teaching evaluation issues as well as the current vocational teaching evaluation purpose and significance, and analyzes the current vocational teaching evaluation status and the existing main problems.This paper proposes the viewpoints of putting factor analysis into application of higher vocational teaching evaluation.Schools classroom teaching level affects the overall quality of students. Classroom teaching evaluation is the core of teaching evaluation. The traditional method in assessment of the teaching quality is more or less affected by some subjective factors. because the higher vocational classroom teaching has its characteristics. Apply the factor analysis in the assessment of the classroom teaching to analyze the evaluation data of teaching quality. Through the factor analysis, we can find several independent factors and work out the scores got by the teachers in every factor, so as to make an overall and objective evaluation on teachers'classroom teaching quality. Through method teachers can find their own shortcomings, determine their future development plan and improve their teaching level. This thesis, by applying Factor Analysis Model, discusses in detail the class-teaching evaluation of higher vocational teaching evaluation system and analyses its related data.Factor analysis is an important application for the evaluation of higher vocational education. In view of the limited space, this thesis just makes a theoretical discussion about the other applications of this factor analysis in higher vocational education. However, it provides some referential ideas for the future in-depth application of factor analysis in the other aspects of higher vocational teaching evaluation.
