With the development of the educational reform, the student evaluation of teaching has become to an important form of many universities teaching evaluation. The student evaluation of teaching is inevitable request of the modern education idea of"student foremost", is sufficient condition of promoting revolution of the teacher interior competitive system, and is specific performance of the teaching monitoring function. The student evaluation of teaching plays its vital role if it is fair and reasonable. So, it is necessary to find a kind of simple, convenient and scientific method for processing the data from the student evaluation of teaching.According to the request, firstly, the dissertation analyzes reliability of primitive data. Then, it classify the"evaluation noise"and analyze the different"evaluation noise"with different methods. 3σPrinciple is used to deal with the"prejudice"evaluation noise. For"perfunctory"evaluation noise, the completely same data are deleted when the teachers' discrimination is high. According to the indexes correlation, the objective evaluation noise that doesn't satisfy correlation is deleted if the level of harshness is 60%.Secondly, after deleting evaluation noise, the dissertation introduces the concept of dispute degree on the basis of the discrete coefficient; it expresses the degree of teachers' approval. The dispute degree is the second basis of the teachers ranking when the scores of each evaluation index are the same. And with the grey relation analysis method and factor analysis method, it analyzes the data deleted evaluation noise and obtains each teacher ranking.Finally, relational grade, close grade, rank correlation coefficient are carried on to optimize between two methods. The result demonstrates the factor analysis slightly excelles the grey relation analysis. Two methods' results are all high on three optimal indexes; therefore, it take the sum of the two methods ranking as main basis, the dispute degree as the second basis of the teachers final ranking.
