Public pedagogy curriculum is one of the symbol courses in the normal universities and colleges, which determines the quality of future teacher. Comparing with the demands of the new curriculum, the present situation of educational curriculum in the normal universities and colleges is unsatisfying. The introduction of"role-experience"teaching model aims at enhancing the teaching efficiency and showing the normal characteristics of the educational curriculum in the Normal Universities in order to meet the demands of excellent teachers for the basic education reform.The first part is brief introduction. It includes the introduce of the theme and purpose of this study, the analysis of relative literatures, the research ideas and method of this study, and clarify the innovation of this study.The second part is about the theoretical construction of the"role-experience"teaching model. The construction of"role-experience"teaching model mainly includes theoretical basis, instructional goals, instructional process, and instructional assessments and so on. The first part is brief introduction. It includes the introduce of the theme and purpose of this study, the analysis of relative literatures, the research ideas and method of this study, and clarify the innovation of this study.The Third part is about the the teaching experiment, which proves that the practice of"role-experience"teaching model can improve the students'educational theories, train the students'educational skills, develop the students'professional feelings and strenthen the students'comprehensive educational qualities. The introduction of"role-experience"teaching model aims at enhancing the teaching efficiency and showing the normal characteristics of the pedagogy curriculum in the Normal Universities and improving the students'comprehensive educational qualities in order to meet the demands of excellent teachers for the basic education reform.
