As college students'physique is gradually decreasing in recent years, the thesis, through comparing the physique data between ordinary college students and military school students, seeks the physique gap between two kinds of colleges and thoroughly analyzes the causes. Beginning with the education ideology, module, methodology and contents, the shortcomings of ordinary college physical education will be concluded,"Happy PE"will be reevaluated and reasonable advantages of military school PE will be borrowed in order to lay a solid foundation for the improvement of students'physique and provide references for college PE revolution and course construction.With the combination of stratified random sampling and random form sampling, a two-stage sampling will be conducted among 2005 students in planned ordinary college (NCIA, Langfang Normal College, Langfang Vocational and Technical College) and military academies (Chinese People's Armed Forces College, Chinese Liberation Army Artillery Force Command College and Langfang Army Missile Academy). The first stage is planned at the beginning of first semester and the second stage is at the end of PE class for 2005 students in ordinary colleges. The interval between two stages is two years (four semesters). And through the appliance of college students'physique testing apparatus within two stages, the original physique data of sampled students will be available through the method of field test on samples. SPSS11.5 software will be used to process the original data. T testing method will be applied to compare and analyze the physique data of sampled students within two stages in two kinds of colleges. In addition, surveys and interview discussion will also be used to investigate and study the problems, analyze the causes and draw conclusions.Through comparing the two-stage physique data in two kinds of colleges, it is concluded that military academy PE is more functional than ordinary college in improving students'physique health. Through interviews, discussions and surveys on students, PE teachers and college administrators, it is concluded that the reasons for such a gap of students'physique between these two kinds of colleges include social factors, family factors and school factors. Through compare and analyze the results of surveys in two kinds of colleges, it is concluded that school factors are the most important ones. PE teaching module, institutions and methods applied in ordinary colleges has some shortcomings and PE teaching module in military academies owns some advantages to be learned. Through discussion, it is concluded that ordinary college PE revolution and course construction should aim at the formulation of a perfect thinking mode of PE. And put forward some related suggestions ,1 Forming an ideal"PE Educational Thinking"by the whole society working together.2 Truly and deeply understanding the real meaning of"Happy PE", making it happy in the real life.3 All circles should understand and pay more attention to the PE education correctly, and establish the perfect PE teaching model and system.4 Adding more time to the PE class in the common universities and increasing the management to the PE after school and quality training without affecting the normal teaching. 5 Adding physical quality training specially and checking criterion during the teaching process, taking the reasonable force, then directing...
