The high and new technologic development with information technology at its core has forcefully promoted the military reforms around the world.Informationization is the most important driving force for current scientific revolution and social transformation as well as the major element for the new round of military revolution. Taking a broad view of the military educational development of various countries, the high and new technologic development with information technology at its core has applied widely in the military affairs; educational informationization has become the formidable trend for military educational institutes. Our military academy must strive to follow the trend of the times, making full use of the unique features of our military education to fulfill the purpose. The level of informationization of college education is an important measure to size up the overall development of military education. In doing so, we should identify the guideline, overall objectives and principal idea to solve the problems. To gain an in-depth perspective in this issue and lead to practical theories and guidance is the initial purpose of this thesis.Recent years has witnessed achievements of phase in informationization construction in popular education, while the informatinization development in the military education remains in piloting period. The paper tries to put forward a different view on and solution to in this regard by taking a dual account of the generality and specialty of the both popular and military education on the basis of research finding of civil educational experts as well as by looking into the individual cases of other military institutions so as to pointing out the weakness, problems and corresponding approaches. By doing so we will be able to offer theoretical and practical guidance to those who engaged in the field.
