The twenty-first century is the era of information technology and more vigorous development of the computer age. At present, more and more attentions have been paid to the development of secondary vocational education reform, and our country is striving to improve the level of skills training development, but there are still large gaps between skills training of the application of professional computer and employment needs of businesses. This phenomenon is one important reason for the cultivation of institutions of secondary educational schools do not understand the real needs of the computer market and what kind of talent are needed, the positioning of the direction of professional development and the teaching curriculum and teaching arrangements are not in line with market demand , and there are a lack of hierarchy, system and scientific in the skills development of the methods, means,etc.This essay aims at to provide workable programs and channels for the level of skills in computer application expertise by the investigation on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region secondary vocational schools,Survey shows that there is conflict between vocational education training computer professionals'professional skills and the requirements of professional skills of employers . Therefore, the essay gives the basic concepts and principles that the curriculum reform of secondary vocational computer science should be followed.That is to say, secondary vocational schools'computer science curriculum reform should be combined with the needs of society, development of the times, skills innovation and the promotion of the professional skills and overall quality of the students.Finally, combining Shijiazhuang Railway vocational school curriculum reform of the computer network cases, to achieve these reform ideas of the curriculum re-design of innovative practices in teaching and assessment methods were analyzed. It provids a certain reference value for the operation of examples for curriculum reform of the computer professional practice.
