In this paper,based on the new behaviorism of Skinner’s Reinforcement Theory research,and the application in the education teaching process to train and intensify good learning habits in the process of learning of the poor students.At the same time,it can correct the bad learning behaviors to form a good learning habits and promote the effect of learning.Firstly,identify research subjects and then pay attention to the students’ study behavior,thought and attitude through observation and interview.At the same time,to collect cases of self-management poor student learning in the process of transition.Finally,to form the relevant conclusions by using research methods of education narrative study these education story and carefully study and case analysis.Firstly,when students show good learning behaviors in the learning process,teachers should give feedback in time,otherwise they can’t achieve ideal reinforcement effect.Secondly,teachers should take the corresponding reinforcement measures to different students and select different reinforcement to ensure the effectiveness of the reinforcement because of the differences in students ’thinking,habits,personality and growth background.Thirdly,in the process of strengthening,we should follow the principle of small steps and make detailed educational plans step by step.Then make programs according to the actual situation of students.Fourthly,the frequent occurrence of the same reinforcement tends to lead to burnout,so it should be changed to interval reinforcement in time after continuous reinforcement helps students form good learning habits.Fifthly,the application of punishment education should be careful,and attention should be paid to the artistic and humanization of education.Punishment can not be absent in education and teaching,but teachers must promptly eliminate the side effects of punishment,remember that all measures are for education,for the better development of students.Finally,the deep reflection value of educational narrative research has positive significance and influence on the professional development of teachers,which is beneficial to the improvement of teachers’ business ability and their growth.
