Innovation that is the soul of a nation is an inexhaustible motive force which will determine their position in the international arena for the prosperity of the country. "Qian's question" put forward by QIAN Xuesen who died a year ago has revealed that there are many problems in the existing system of education which is lack of creative talent in China and must be radically reformed. The construction of research study is not only currently China's basic education curriculum reform and new exploration, but also usher in the new century, the opportunities and challenges of knowledge-based economy. So we must promote quality education, enhance student self-awareness, innovative spirit, practical ability of the major initiatives."Research-based learning" has been into the different types of schools at all levels to become China's basic education curriculum reform, the hot, bright and difficulties, and from high school extended to the whole basic education stage. Research-based learning as a course, a way of learning must be combined with specific subjects, to specific disciplines infiltration in order to play its functional value. Ideological and political class in high schools is not only one pairs of high school students to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" important thinking of the basic theory of education, but also is based on the socialist material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization and harmonious social construction of knowledge the basic content of the required courses. Infiltration of the research study to high school teaching to the ideological and political discipline to explore its use, either for research study conducted efficiently and effectively, or for the deepening of the reform of the ideological and political education, there are very significant and far-reaching significance.
