Study On Feasibility Of Government Purchasing Public Sports Services

As a new concept, a mechanism and a method of government providing services,"government purchasing services"have been widely applied to many fields of social public services by all levels of China local governments, becoming an important way of government improving public services. Starting with current situation and existing problems in China public sport services, the article puts forward the preposition of"government purchasing public sports services", discusses the origin , theoretical bases , concept and mechanism of"government purchasing services".
