Research On The Countermeasures Of Teenager Amateur Tennis' Development In Zhengzhou

As the Chinese women's tennis players in international competitions on the status, ranking on the rise, promoting the cause of China's tennis continues to prosper,which is attached more and more attention and gradually enters the flourishing age. Youth, the future of our country, is the basic force for future excellent players, thus research on the development of teenagers amateur tennis has a significant and profound meaning to improve Chinese tennis.With the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this thesis summarizes the basic information about coaches of teenagers amateur tennis and players in Zhengzhou, and analyzes problems existing in youth teenagers tennis meanwhile finds out corresponding countermeasures, providing theoretical basis for developing teenagers amateur tennis. The following are conclusions drawn from the research:(1)Teenagers amateur tennis in Zhengzhou enjoys lower popularity, only having good development in separate areas, while most of other cities are still at the beginning stage. Lack of training funds, low treatment of coaches and bad conditions of sports facilities, are disadvantage factors for developing tennis, as a result the social degree of tennis sports is not high.(2)Phenomena like coaches with a little bit lower level of research and shortage of academic exchange and professional training commonly exist. Besides, selecting players is also influenced by economic conditions of individual family, lacking interactions between training institutions and schools. Again, there are contradictions between training and general knowledge course for players in learning time and energy.(3) With lesser opportunity to participate in competition and inadequate competition experience, players need more chances to be involved in high levels matches. (4) Tennis as a high consumptive sports brings about almost empty work for primarily selecting young players. Generally, tennis players choose their coaches rather than coaches choose players at present. So, teenagers amateur tennis means low yield of excellent players in Zhengzhou, and some good youth amateurs drop out training and match for hard to afford higher training fees.
