It is needed to improve sports laws and regulations, standardize sports management.That is including the establishment of evaluation system, strengthen Amateur SportsSchool management; make the systematic coach training regulations; improve theincentives system of transportation; norms reasonable selection, streamline deliverychannels; improve the management of the provincial competition; strengthen the socialforces to run sports management.4.The"Integration"of Sport and Teach in Amateur Sports School must be" body-based",Otherwise the quality of training young athletes cannot be guaranteed.5.Reforming the sports school curriculum increasing programs that help employment inorder to meet the needs of social development,all the above can help the sports schoolgraduates6.The competent authorities increase in efforts of financial support to make steadydevelopment of the province’s amateur training.7.It can highlight the key sports events and the city,the county’s main priority sportshould be in priority of developing.
