Research On Status And Countermeasure Of Juvenile Training Of Amateur Sport Schools In Wen Zhou

The research object of this paper is present situation of juvenile training of Amateur Sport Schools in Wenzhou.The research methods used in this paper include literature review,on-the-spot investigation,personal interview,questionnaire survey,statistical method and logical analysis.After survey results is collected,events distribution,training objectives,school running pattern,athletic selection,coach team,athletics team,amateur training,athletic competition,athletic performance and management are analyzed and investigated,then following conclusions are drawn.(1)More than 20 sport items are carried out but unbalanced distributed.(2)Training objectives are deviated during training process.(3)“The combination of sports and education” is adopted by some sport's items,but “the combination of sports and education” is not adopted by most sport's items and most amateur sport schools.(4)The student sources which are mainly from countryside is decreasing.And athletic selection is often influenced by subjective factor.(5)The coaches are love their jobs and experienced,whose education,job and research ability title are needed to be improved and treatment and employment training are not good.And gender structure of coach team is irrational.There are more men and fewer single women.(6)Although athletes have good competitive motivation,they who do poorly in study have less interested in study and training.And learning environment and prospect of graduates are not good.(7)Most coaches can better complete the training plan.And athletes also can finish training mission well.But recovering methods are sparse and training time is too long.The training ways of coaches are not good enough,and some athletes are often injured.During training process,the communication between athletes and coaches are not very often.(8)The number for taking part in competition is small.(9)Although medical service level are good,but physical infrastructure and funds are deficiencies.(10)Although there are specific management and appraisal system,implementation are not good enough.In light of these problems,Put following suggestions.(1)Optimizing layout of sports items.(2)Keeping following the model of "combining sports with education".(3)Improving the coaches' ability to teach and train athletes.(4)Developing finances source.(5)Optimizing the learning environment.(6)Methods of athletic selection shall be made and perfect.(7)Building a sound security system for athletes.(8)Perfecting the competition system.(9)Perfecting the management and inspection system.
