No matter how the time change, the moral education, as an everlasting topic, is always a focus attracting the persons who are working on educational theory and its practice. The modern society is moving towards expressly, which made the people's mend easy-changeable and hard-understanding. All of these is seriously challenging and testing our moral education. As we are pursuing the economic development, not can we ignore the social humanism care. As we release the desire of material, not can we sacrifice the moral cultivation and spiritual promotion, otherwise, the action which is taking a drastic measure to deal with a situation, will caused a catastrophic and irremediable lose to the society sooner or later. This is the very background and logic beginning of study.The college moral education is bearing the limitless expectations of society and its people. We should possess the future insight and try to accept the ideas and the actions which is suitable for the social developmental regulation and is good for college moral education. Based on this thought, we turn to the American college moral education which has long modern college educational history and high quality & mutual college moral education. We hope to take advantage of the other hills whose stones are good for working jade.In this paper, we firstly discoursed the permanents, the ageism and the globalism of moral education with academic view that we aimed to search for the legal basis for our reference. Then we tried to clarify the American college moral education theoretic base, its historical trail, and its present structure and the character, that we aimed to search for the source material which could be used for the construction of our college moral education. In the end, on one hand, we analyzed the problem lied in our college, on the other hand, as the key point of this study, we positively studied the inspiration drew from American college moral education. To catch it, we made the systemic efforts.
