Research Of Dynamic Excitation Of Individual Self-education

As a result of social transformation, Chinese society has shown a trend of diversification in benefit and choice. Strong sense of human subjectivity, showing independence, autonomy, choice, participation, and create the characteristics of the times, etc. With the improvement of individual requests, the difficulty of the ideological and political education is increasing. Seventeenth Party Congress proposed to build life-long education system and the strategic objectives of a learning society, which is a new ideal of education and social development, and also a direction for the ideological and political education work. Self-education with its unique initiative, autonomy, initiative, and regulatory requirements meet the requirements of the new period, become the effective methods and the pursuit of the ideological and political education. Self-education, the most important and also basic task is to strengthen the research of Individual Power. The research can reveal the nature and patterns of self-education, deepen the understanding of the value of self-education, optimize the value of self-education, and increase the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper based on the social status of China and human development requirements at the present stage, analyzed the necessity and importance of self-education in theory and reality, then pointed out the individual motivation is the key of the self-education. In this paper, the dynamics of individual characteristics and composition is studied from a static point of view, and summarized the reasons for differences in individual motivation; from the dynamic point of view to explore the operation process of individual motivation, in order to find a breakthrough to stimulate the individual power. Finally, due to the principles including the spirit of the times, different levels, scientific, both inside and outside, the paper put forward constructive proposals to guide self-education, such as character development, a reasonable guide for individual needs, the individual inner conflicts, education environment, motivate mechanism.
