The Ministry of Education has promulgated "Ordinary High school Chemistry Curriculum Standard" in 2003, has begun chemistry curriculum reform prologue. This curriculum reform the science inquired into that takes the reform the breach, pays great attention student's learning experience and the interest, stressed that the student participates, the inquisition discovery, the exchange cooperation study way on own initiative, the change overemphasizes accepts the study, the mechanical memorizing, the machinery training present situation. Chemistry teacher must transform the teaching idea, chooses and implements the new teaching strategy, fulfills the new curriculum in the classroom instruction.This article is based on the requirements of the new chemistry curriculum ,combiming the characteristic of chemistry concepts,consturcting the teaching strategy of implementing the chemistry concepts,and applying in the concrete tesching practice, thus and therefore,provide inspirations and references. The paper is divided into three parts, the first part carries on the introduction to the chemistry basic concept. The second part elaborated to the high school chemistry new curriculum's understanding and the correlation theories,completing the upholstery for bhe following proposed concept teaching strategy. The third part has constructed the corresponding high school chemistry concept teaching strategy from the teacher and the student two aspects, and has conducted the empirical study in the teaching practice.
