Since 90s of the 20th century, more and more researchers started to pay attention to education practice and professional development of preschool teachers, and gradually started to launch an in-depth research on self-efficacy of preschool teachers. It makes more people to concern preschool teachers'professional circumstance condition and development opportunities, and improve the support and guidance of education practice and professional development. In China, the field of science is a transition from common sense education to science education, preschool teachers are facing many problems which are much valuable, and this phenomenon is attentioned by more and more researchers.This study is on the basis of the previous research of teaching efficacy, with 209 preschool teachers from kindergarten in Beijing, using the methods of questionnaire and interview to explore the present situation on s STE (teachers'science teaching efficacy) of preschool teachers and its relationships between SL (scientific literacy), and on this basis of the study, giving some education suggestions to improve preschool STE and SL through the Pre-service education and post-career training.The results are as follows:1. Preschool teachers'STE is in medium level on the whole, but the distance is large; The score of GSTE (general science teaching efficacy) is higher than PSTE (personal science teaching efficacy).2. There is a significant difference on preschool teachers'seniority on the whole, and the differences of PSTE scores of preschool teachers on seniority is significant ; and the PSTE is changed with seniority like strands (low-high-low to high).3. The scores of STE with dimensions of preschool teachers whose degree is undergraduate is higher than the ones whose degree is specialized. The differences of PSTE scores of preschool teachers on educational degree is significant, the scores of PSTE of undergraduate is significantly higher than the ones whose degree is specialized.4. There is a significant difference on types of kindergarten on the whole, and the differences of PSTE scores of preschool teachers on types of kindergarten is significant ; the scores of STE with dimensions of preschool teachers whose kindergarten is science features is higher than the ones whose degree is not science features.5. The preschool teachers' STE and SL has significant positive correlation, its facotos are related to groups. There is no significant correlation on preschool teachers between STE and SL on the whole , the scores of SL of high STE are slightly higher than the ones whose scores of STE is low. But the sample groups relation analysis showed that the preschool teachers' STE and SL has significant positive correlation.
