Research On Sport Of Employees In Private-owned Enterprises In Wenzhou

Enterprise staff sport is a very important part in a series of systems of national fitness program. That the enterprises vigorously promote the construction of staff sports and culture is a very critical component in construction of enterprises'cultural connotations, and the same case applies to the private enterprises in Wenzhou City. This paper carries out a deep research on this subject and analyzes the actual development situation of staff sports in Wenzhou private enterprises as well as the contradictions and obstacles which are urgent to be solved during the development process. Furthermore, it also discusses the development idea of domestic economy to the well-developed staff sports of the current stage. This paper sets the investigation on implementation situation of staff sports in ten private enterprises of Wenzhou City as its research objects, and the writing of this paper has adopted such research methods as interview method, method of mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey method and literature method, etc. To find a good solution to relevant difficult problems in the development of staff sports is the research priority of this paper, which is aimed to direct the staff of private enterprises how to make effective use of spare time, participate in sports and fitness regularly, make full use of the own recess time, enhance the own spirit and taste, develop the own job performance and raise the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The research can also give feedback of the first-hand information about the current staff sports of private enterprises, which will give the relevant management personnel some good ideas and reference. The economy of Wenzhou city has developed rapidly in recent years, and now the city has become one of the important economic main forces in the Yangtze River Delta. In the past, there were only a few investigations and materials concerning staff sports of Wenzhou City, and this field has been in a comparatively blank situation. This study can conduct research on the development situation, characteristics, conscious activity, sports behavior and organizational integration of current staff sports of Wenzhou City from many aspects and different perspectives and find out corresponding development strategies, which will, in a certain degree, provide reference to the research in respect of staff sports in Wenzhou City and supplements the theory of staff sports development in Wenzhou private enterprises. The in-depth and effective investigation will provide accurate and feasible program and information, which will promote the development of Wenzhou staff sports, and will accordingly drive the development of staff sports in private enterprises in China.
