Research And Investigation On The Current Situations Of Employees' Sports Activities In Private Enterprises Of Xuzhou Industrial Zoneand Its Development Path

Since private enterprises develop rapidly in market economy system,they account for a larger and larger proportion in national economy and so do the number of employees in private enterprise.The physical quality of employees can affect the overall level of national physique,influence the development of Mass Sports,impact the process of the realization of “China Dream”.In order to better implement relevant demands in the State Council document No.46 in 2014,“encourage daily fitness activities,encourage the units to create conditions for employees' physical exercise,carry out the National Standards of Physical Exercise,nationwide physical fitness becoming national strategy,the number of people regularly taking part in physical exercise reaching 0.5billion,” it is significant to know the current condition of employees' physical exercise in private enterprises,to understand the conflicts and barriers private enterprises encounter in the way of developing employees sports,to discuss the future development directions of employees sports.Xuzhou Industrial Park,one of the 9 Xuzhou Provincial Development Zones,is a labor-concentrated area.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Xuzhou,as an old industrial base,has made significant contributions to the development of Jiangsu province and the country as a whole.At present,Xuzhou is in a critical period of economy transformation,the sports culture facilities of the industrial zone should also keep pace with this.In order to better reflect employees' sports activities of private enterprises in Xuzhou Industrial Zone,this study choose 2 of each large,medium-sized,small private enterprise,taking the health condition of employees from the 6 private enterprises asresearch object,by applying the method of questionnaire,interview,data analysis and literature,and then obtain the first-hand information of sports activities.It also provides reference and suggestions for zone management committee and other related administrative departments.This study analyzes and concludes the situation and characteristics of employees' sports activities in Xuzhou Industrial Zone from different perspectives and to some extent,it demonstrates the real situation of employees' sports activities in the process of enterprises transformation,so it also provides reference for how to make staff sports and enterprises transformation develop at the same pace.Meanwhile this study also discusses the theory of how to improve the staff sports development of private enterprises in old industrial base.Enterprises investigation,on one hand,can make the information collected more reliable;on the the hand,it offers reliable data of how to promote the staff sports development of Xuzhou private enterprises.At the same time it takes a significant step towards achieving the national strategic goal of“the number of people regularly engaging in physical exercise reach0.5billion ” and has a positive effect on mass sports development.
