This study to Wanda Group of private enterprises in China employees sports operating mechanism as the research object, using the method of literature, logical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method, from Wanda Group Staff Sports Operating Mechanism in the development process, morphological characteristics,employee participation and cognitive studies degree analysis, and put forward the development strategy of enterprise staff sports operating mechanism further. The main results are as follows:Wanda Group development process, which started as a staff sports, discover, establish, and steadily push forward the five stages.
