| As an important part of China masses’ sports, staff sports have a positive role in building a harmonious society and promoting the development of fitness, and also are import to improve physical fitness of workers, to rich social and cultural life, to enhance cohesion, to improve staff efficiency, to enhance employees’ collective sense of honor etc. Under the condition of market economy, private enterprises overcame the disadvantages of the weak infrastructure and be congenitally deficient, showing a good momentum of rapid development, has become a very important part in the development of national economy, become the most active point in economic growth. The development of staff sports in private enterprises is imperative.For this paper, looking up literatures, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other research methods are used. We researched in Zhengzhou City, the private leaders’ attitude to staff sports, management organizations, the staff sports rules and regulations, facilities and funding sources, the situation of staff physical exercise and its influencing factors. By deepgoing analysis, we know that under the system of market economy, for private enterprises in Zhengzhou City, the main management patterns of staff sports are trade union management and club management. But in the actual development, the main body of staff sports management of enterprises gradually socialization, marketization, development of staff sports enterprise also gradually rely on professional sports company, athletic club or other economic entities. Development of staff sports gradually moving towards the market. Depending on the type of business and the status and characteristics, it is recommended to take a different employee sports management, to promote sustainable development of staff sports.As per the staff sports’status of private enterprises in Zhengzhou City, the following recommendations are made:1Business leaders need to raise the awareness of the importance of staff sports.2Make the best of of the health club or sports stadiums and other resources to jointly develop staff sports.3Increase input to the staff sports facilities.4Establish and improve the management system.5Devote major efforts to developing sports economic entities. |
