The Research On Personalized Demand Of Learners In E-Learning Service For Lifelong Learning

The rapid development of information technology in education and "E-learning and lifelong education construction and demonstration projects" proposed by the Ministry of Education,lifelong learning is becoming a hot research.But at present the majority of research on lifelong learning is still stuck in single-level research.There is no good way to integrate E-learning into individual learning, so that the lifelong learning of the whole society cann't get better service.Therefore, this paper based on the Ministry of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences project "for personal lifelong learning model of E-learning services research" is to research the lifelong learning of the individual needs of learners.The paper researches on lifelong learners'individual needs and conducts summary model of individual needs through surveying and researching the needs of individual of E-learning.The purpose of this research is to increase the personalization of learning supported efforts to fully understand the individual needs of lifelong learners, and as far as possible to meet their needs. The major research method of this paper is a survey method. Eventually it gets a summary model of learners'individual needs which is suitable to E-learning services through surveying and analyzing three types of lifelong learners'needs,also combining with the relevant learning theory.
