In the era of information technology and new media, lifelong learning has become more and more a need of life. The key factor that can support a person to keep learning behavior for life is the individual's self-regulated learning.Junior high school students are just in the initial stage of the generation of self-regulated learning ability, which is also the key stage of personal lifelong learning habits and ability improvement. Therefore,we need to pay attention to the problem of self-regulated learning ability of junior high school students, which is the starting point and motivation of this paper to explore the self-learning ability of junior high school students in the context of lifelong learning. This paper draws on Professor Zimmerman's concept of choice and control to highlight the key connotation of "individual" and "autonomy",respectively uses "self-guidance" to express the individual's inner self's independent choice of learning requirements, uses the concept of "reflexion" to show the autonomous control of learning activities, and uses "social balance" to express the interactive positioning of individual autonomy and society. In this study, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview are used to understand the current situation of junior high school students' self-regulated learning?.We draw lessons from Zimmerman's "task conditions" of independent choice(self-directed)and independent control(self-reflection)as the basis to develop a questionnaire, which is distributed to 300 junior middle school students in four middle schools in Dalian and interviewed some students.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,we think that although junior middle school students have some knowledge of self-directed ability in self-regulated learning ability, they are influenced by gender, grade, family location, whether they are class cadres, parents' education level, family income and other factors to some extent, showing instability;junior middle school students have poor self-reaction ability, which is influenced by external factors such as parents and teachers The gender differences between self-directed and self-refleced ability are obvious. In view of the above problems, combined with the relevant theories,we think that the problems of poor self-guidance and weak self reflection reflected in theautonomous learning ability of junior high school can be explained mainly from the physiological and psychological aspects, which are caused by the development characteristics of brain stage, while the psychological aspects can be explained according to the relevant theories of cognitive psychological development stage. The poor social balance is mainly due to the mental stage characteristics of the junior high school students' brain stage development characteristics and the improvement of abstract thinking ability, which leads to the lack of judgment;because of the physical and psychological differences between the male and female students, there are significant differences in their performance of independent learning ability.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems in the autonomous learning ability of junior middle school students, and combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of junior middle school students,we put forward the basic educational countermeasures to improve the autonomous learning ability of junior middle school students: pay attention to the self-guidance of stimulating the autonomous learning of junior middle school students;use the "output oriented method" to cultivate the self-regulated learning ability of junior middle school students;junior middle school students practice autonomy and society through classroom interaction Balance of meeting;pay attention to gender bias in the process of education.
