| Affected by the household registration system, the Shanghai migrant families have to face with their children's educational choice after middle school. Back means to re-adapt to the environment and study. Stay means only entering the technical school, can't obtain a university in Shanghai. Two options require these families to pay a really heavy price. The paper takes along with the classic path of the family strategy. At the same time, the article introduces two concepts----hidden resistance and hidden collusion. It aims to change the family strategy, from a theoretical perspective, into the children's strategies, parents'strategies and the dynamics of confrontation between them. Because previous studies emphasis too much on parental strategy, so hidden resistance and hidden collusion, from the activity of children, emphasize the children's strategy model. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including issues, research methods and literature review. The second chapter is a theoretical framework, including domestic policy theory and an overview of theoretical framework of family strategy. Chapterâ…¢is hidden resistance, including hidden resistance-back, hidden resistance-leave and hidden resistance-victory of children's strategy. Chapter IV is hidden collusion, including hidden collusion-back, hidden collusion-leave and hidden collusion-failure of children's strategy. Chapter V is summary and discussion, including hidden resistance, tacit collusion theory summary and critique of family strategy theory.
