Nowadays, many experts and scholars have realized the importance of sports hiddencurriculum in teaching, especially its important and unique value in cultivatingstudents’ interest of learning, good moral character, healthy behavior and the spirit ofgood qualities such as non-intelligence factors. Quality-oriented education demands topromote the comprehensive development of students and the all-round development ofstudents including both intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors can get a gooddevelopment. So education departments, schools, teachers must pay attention to theimplementation of sports hidden curriculum.Based on a lot of theories about sports hidden curriculum, the author uses methodssuch as literature, discussion, questionnaire survey, in order to research the presentsituation of sports hidden curriculum implementation in middle and primary school ofYantai. Respectively for students, parents, teachers, compiled the Sports HiddenCurriculum Implement Questionnaire of Yantai School, and a total of15primary andmiddle school in Yantai questionnaire868, recovery of834. Combined with interviewsand observation, the investigation result collection, integration, analysis and grasp ofYantai city middle and primary school sports hidden curriculum implementation.Mainly including the theoretical concepts, policies and regulations, the material level,spirit level, system level and behavior level and so on. Found in the process of theimplementation of the school sports hidden curriculum system of the governmentpolicy, the school campus construction and management of implementation of theability of the hidden curriculum, teachers and parents exist deficiencies in such aspectsas the lack of theoretical guidance. On this basis, combining with the expert opinion,and using logical analysis summarizes the optimization countermeasures andsuggestions on the implementation of Yantai city middle and primary school sportshidden curriculum. Mainly include: to perfect the policies and regulations system, raiseawareness, improve school sports physical environment, accelerate the construction ofschool spirit, improve teachers’ quality and so on.On the basis of the previous research, comprehensive advice about the developmentof the sports hidden curriculum experts, scholars and some good schools, teachers, beneficial experience, both at home and abroad to build theoretical model of middleand primary school sports hidden curriculum implementation. Finally taking YantaiNew Haiyang elementary school as the example to carry on the sports hiddencurriculum empirical studies and verify the application value of sports hiddencurriculum implementation mode. A lot of study results of literature and thisimplementation study show that the sports hidden curriculum has obvious effects ofdeveloping students’ emotion, attitude, personality, values and other non-intellectualfactors. And because the development of non-intelligence factors, student performmore proactive in the learning of knowledge and skills. Through the study of primaryand secondary school of Yantai, most physical education teachers have begun to payattention to the students’ non-intelligence factor development, goals about cultivationof students’ emotion, attitude, values often appear in the teaching. But the lack ofcorresponding theoretical guidance in the actual teaching, and less of system of thesports hidden curriculum makes it not be able to be presented to students. In addition,due to the imperfect policies and regulations, school leaders non-seriously, familyeducation lag reasons make sports hidden curriculum implementation of primary andsecondary schools of Yantai is poor.During the process of current sports hidden curriculum implementation, government,schools, physical education teachers, students, parents did not give full play to theirpotential, and did not form a strong education resultant force. Empirical studies showthat the institute’s building of sports hidden curriculum implementation of thetheoretical model of the practical teaching has a certain value.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the sports hidden curriculum theory research,provide a reference for Yantai sports hidden curriculum implementation of primary andsecondary schools.
