The students will face with psychological significant mutations when they enter into the secondary school's study.For the students who just enter into school may cause many different adaptation problem, therefore, it is necessary for the school to do some improvement to help student's school adaptation.This study use the literature research method, combined with survey research (questionnaires, interviews), observation method, case study method, on the basis of predecessors relevant research, choose the school living conditions of student questionnaires——the student's school behavior,who is written by Professor Wu Wudian in Taiwan, select the class three grade seven of X School in S District in Shanghai, I investigate and analysis the situation of students school adaption and explore the infulencal facors about it, It was found that there existed some school adjustment problems on school work, routine, teacher-student relations, peer relations, and self-acceptance in varying degrees through questionnaires, interviews and field observation.The influence factors of student's school adaptation include class atmosphere, teachers' leadership style, peer factors (classmate's friendship and acceptance, classmate's bullying and repulsion), family factors (the style of family upbringing, parents support), individual factors and so on.On the basis of the student schoolwork, conventional,teacher-student relationship, peer relationship and self-acceptance adaptative problem, analyzes influence of factors related to students'school adaptation.This study make some school improvement strategies from schools aspect and teachers aspect promote students' school adaptation,including shift teachers' ideas, improve the teachers' understanding of school adjustment; To open special counseling and psychological health education courses,strengthen the construction of school counseling and parent-school cooperative to enhance students' ability to adapt to the school. Based on the teacher's improvement strategies:including loving students, creating the opportunity to show their ability, transformating the style of teachers' leadership. Let students participate class management strengthen the learning methods guidance for students, strengthen students' social skills, and improve students self acceptance level by their companions and so on.
