Classroom is the basis of school education. How to improve the classroom education efficiency has always been the focus of the education researching and teaching. Classroom interaction between teachers and students is the media of classroom teaching so that it becomes the key point in improving classroom teaching.Beginning teachers are the future of the education industry and the concentration of the education development. The adaptation of the beginning teachers is very important to both the development of education and teachers themselves. Basically, the adaptation of the beginning teachers includes several aspects in which the teaching adaptation is the most crucial one. This thesis will explore the ways to improve the classroom adaptation of the beginning teachers by associating the process with the research of the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom.In the first chapter the influential theories of both classrooms interaction and beginning teachers' adaptation will be introduced. Then the theoretical and practical significance will arise. And finally, the researching methodology will be mentioned in this chapter.The Leary model will be analyzed in chapter two by illustrating the 8 specific models of teachers' interpersonal behavior in classrooms. And the detailed features of those models will also be explained in this chapter.The main influencing factors to the models of teachers' classroom interpersonal behavior will be presented in chapter 3 and then we will find out the ways in which they are functioning.In chapter 4, we will try to reveal the features of beginning teachers' classroom interpersonal behavior according to 4 case-researching.The chapter 5 will bring all the conclusions of the previous 4 chapters together and form the idea of the whole thesis-how to improve the teaching adaptation of beginning teachers by adjusting their classroom interpersonal behavior style.
