In the process of urbanization, landless peasants group is attracting more and more attention; to meet the challeng of knowledge economic times, it is essential to promote lifelong learning for landless peasants. In this paper, with "Building for lifelong learning, lifelong learning, learning society" concept as the goal orientation, "walk into the rich adult life world" as the research program, the realities of landless peasants living condition in the process of urbanization as the logical starting point for the study, make a fact-finding among 237 landless farmers in the PuJiang town Shanghai city,to investigate the learning needs of landless peasants. Based on this, showing and analyzing characteristics of learning needs of landless peasants, with the learning needs of landless peasants as a starting point to build the learning support system for landless peasants.Chapter one,exordium. Introducing research background, original intensionand significance.Chapter two, theoretical reviews,and definitions of the key words. From the perspective of different disciplines, respectively present and literate three key concepts:"modernization", "landless peasants" and "learning needs" And the main constituent elements of construction and retrieval of "learning needs" concepts, that provide the basis for follow-up studies. On this basis, described the relevant theory 1 of earning needs.Chapter three, study design and implementation. Describing the reason for the reserch,and the choice of main research methods of this thesis——a questionnaire survey method; The selection of the object of study; design, distribution, recycling and processing for questionnaire.Chapter four, presentation of the survey results. Based on the statistics in the questionnaire, according to the design of the questionnaire in Chapter three, showing the three parts of data information including the basic information and status of participation in learning activities of the respondents',And the relatively static and relatively dynamic Perspective View of learning needs of landless peasants.Chapter five, Some discussion and reflection. Presenting practice level and theoretical thinking for the results of the survey; reviewing the limitations and shortcomings in process of the research,and giving the corresponding summary and reflection.
