In the context of nation's enhancing secondary vocational education, how to effectively promote the secondary vocational school teachers'professional development will become the key to play Mass Effect. In the view of the current lack of theoretical research in professional development of secondary vocational schools teachers and neglect of those teachers as the main body of the current situation, through current survey of secondary vocational teachers'professional development as well as problems in professional development and problem type analysis in different fields in one certain secondary vocational school, this research regards secondary vocational school teachers as the study object to re-survey issues in construction of secondary vocational school teachers from the requirements of those teachers'professional development. The content of this research is the practical problems in professional development of secondary vocational school teachers and this research aims to provide a new perspective for teaching staff construction (nurturing and training) in secondary vocational schools.This research suggests that professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools focus not only closely on the new theories and new ideas, but also on secondary vocational education practice. Rooted in the internal research in secondary vocational schools a basic grasp of the environment where secondary vocational teaching staff are, together with focus on one's own professional development, practical issues such as the existence necessity of secondary vocational school teachers'professional development, the factors affecting their development, they way they practice, in-depth analysis on environmental factors of the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools reveals the issues in secondary vocational school teachers' professional development, providing a new vision and vast space for the professional development in secondary vocational schools.
