The practice ability of specialty teachers of Chinese vocational schools is generally not good enough, which seriously restricts the quality of vocational education. The thesis does researches on the constructional factors of specialty teachers' practice ability and the influence factors. In addition, the thesis gives solution to a series of problems on the factors which affect specialty teachers' practice ability, which factors are the most important, what's their relationship, how these factors affect the forms and development of specialty teachers' practice ability, and what are these factors' function mechanism and methods, etc. Meanwhile, the thesis puts forword measures on how to improve the practice ability of specialty teachers in a short time.Through the investigation and interview to some literacy class teachers, specialty teachers and training teachers of some vocational schools, the thesis compares the interesting paper results among these three types of teachers. Through the dissection of a typical school QC in Wuxi, the thesis discusses the factors of society, schools, persons and families which greatly affect the development of specialty teachers' practice ability from three aspects of concept, matter and technology. In addition, the thesis analyzes the ways, characteristics and mechanism and the factors mentioned above. Through the reasearch, the author finds out that specialty teachers' practice ability mainly comes from the knowledge learning, skill training and practice training in the course of working, and the practice ability cannot be formed without specialty teachers' active and long-term study, training and practice. Among the four factors, the effects from persons and families are the weakest. Social factors have great effects on the concepts and motives of specialty teachers' study, training and practice. School factors provide the motives, conditions and methods for specialty teachers comprehensively in three aspects of concept, matter and technology, for it is the most influential. Moreover, different kinds of systems and mechanism barriers are the essential roots of restricting the development of specialty teachers' practice ability. Furthermore, the ignorance of technical method innovation is the reason why the training of specialty teachers' practice ability is of low efficiency.The thesis points out that in order to increase the practice ability of specialty teachers efficiently, attentions should be focused on essential factors and links, teachers' vigor ought to be stimulated, objective conditions for study, training and practice are supposed to be improved, and the methods of study, training and practice have to be innovated. The thesis reveals five essential factors of social matter, social technology, school's concept, school's matter and school's technology, which greatly affect the development of specialty teachers' practical ability, and raises suggestions according to the five tactors as well.
