With the development of economy,there is a huge demand of superior-skilled talents in the society.In order to adapt to the trend of social growing,it is substantial important to reform and accelerate the development of secondary vocational education.Secondary vocational teachers play an important role as human resource in the revolution and development of secondary vocational education.They undertake the main tasks of the development and reform of secondary vocational education and have a decisive impact on the development of secondary vocational education and even lead to the stable development of social economy.Therefore,the development of secondary vocational teachers and professional growth should be given full attention.In order to better promote the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,it is necessary to understand the current situation of the professional development of secondary vocational teachers and the core factors affecting the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,so as to put forward feasible Suggestions to promote the professional development of secondary vocational teachers and improve the professional level of secondary vocational teachers.Until now,most of the studies proceeded in secondary vocational schools are not deep enough and lack of systematic analysis.Moreover,qualitative research is more than quantitative research,and there is a lack of research on the status quo and influencing factors of professional development.Based on the above background,this paper applies the research method of quantitative analysis to make a detailed study on the current situation of the professional development of secondary vocational teachers and its influencing factors which is able to supplement the deficiencies of this research and provide reference value for future research.The teachers in this project come from 30 secondary vocational schools in Guangdong province as the research object,and we also adopts literature research,quantitative analysis and so on as the other research methods.On the basis of referring to previous studies,this paper investigates the status quo of the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools and the main factors affecting the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools by means of questionnaire survey,and makes statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire.The analysis results of the questionnaire has shown that the current secondary vocational teachers' professional development in Guangdong province has three basic problems including the lack of emphasis on this area in the school,the teacher's professional literacy cannot reach high level,and the teachers training system is not good enough for the school.In addition,based on the influence factors of statistical data with the method of multiple regression analysis,the influence factors and the influence of the professional development,and the above research results,it is able to put forward feasible suggestions to promote the secondary vocational teachers' professional development.
