As an attractive group, the female college student owns high educational background, and owns higher expectation. Since traditional social culture with vulgar female restrains, with mutually conflict that societies reflect low expectation value to the female student, who ever dreamed to high expectation value of oneself, make the development that the female student is in a dilemma, and make the role performance appearing puzzled. Because of the limited time and energy, it's very difficult for the female students to act each role well, and it will bring conflict easily. This will bring negative influence on educational achievement. It is a basic departure point of text that how to temper the antinomy from women's role attitude; look for approaches to be advantageous to the development of female student's educational achievement healthily.The purpose of this article is to explore the educational achievement and women's role attitude under the dimension of the family, teachers, peers, self. Based on the existing relevant studies, we designed the questionnaire, researched the relationship between women's role orientation and educational achievement.This article used questionnaire, interview study and strict statistic analysis, examined the factor that effect the educational achievement, the status of women's role attitude, the division of women's role orientation and the relationship between educational achievement and women's role . The whole study was formed by five parts.The first part propose the research issues based on literature review of the female college students and women's role ,through the summary and induction, have raised further address such issues.The second part defined study goal, research ideas and framework. Designed the questionnaire of the women's role and the educational achievement, selected the appropriate samples for evaluation.The third part focused on the testing of the questionnaire reliability and validity, the educational achievement and the women's role in influencing factors analyzed. Through interviews and questionnaire study, under the family, teachers, peers, self-dimensions, the data of the educational achievement and women's roles were analyzed.The fourth part explored the relationship between educational achievement,women's role attitude , educational achievement orientation and women's role orientation. The data reveals the structure of the female role orientation, testing effects of women's roles as an intermediary location to explore the path analysis of academic achievement.The fifth part summarized the results of this study. Discussed issues relating to academic achievement and the role of positioning evaluation and directions for future research, put forward reasonable proposals and the directions for future research.The conclusions indicated that:(1) The women's role of the working have a certain internal conflicts, recognition on the equality and the importance of the men and women in career development, avoiding the performance of better than men at work.(2) The female students tend to position themselves as the cause of balance between family type and career development, and their aspirations for the future is low. They want a stable work; do not pay much more for their own development.(3) The mothers' of women's role attitude have a powerful type of impact on the women's role attitude of the female students. When her mother was a workaholic, it will weaken the role of women working attitude; when her mother was a dutiful wife and loving mother, it will enhanced the role of women working attitude; when mother is committed to stirring up the dual role of working families, if not handled imbalance, the female student will caught in a confusion of roles.(4) The female students have a strong self-confidence in the aspects of the balance between self-career families. But confidence is the concession of self-confidence, is "a choice to adjust or abandon the work" of self-confidence.(5) The female students tend to be this role of college students as a transition from education to employment, rather than the role of development actors, and more jobs will be accepted a means of education as the way of looking job , leading to the female students have the weaker academic achievement, or more inclined to a certain purpose.(6) There is a certain deficit in women's role orientation and academic achievement. In the group of high academic achievement, career-type female students in the distribution is prominent, in the low group in the distribution of co-existence female students is more outstanding.(7) When the female students face role conflict and role conversion in academic achievement, they can actively deal with the barriers to achievements. The relationship between work roles and academic achievement, women's role orientation played a significant the intermediary effect, while the women's family roles direct negative effect on academic achievement.
