Analysis On The Construction Of Counselors' In The Agricultural University

College counselors system is an ideological political system that our party and country began to build up gradually from the last century, which targeted at the practical work ideological and political education in colleges. After 50 years'exploration and development, team building of counselors has constantly improved and perfected in practice. The counselors system is an important force to strengthen and improve ideological and political education and to maintain stability of colleges. However, problems still exist in the role of the counselors and in the process of team building in colleges. These problems are common and different between individuals. This paper has a discussion combined with the characteristics of the counselors'construction in colleges, taken"study on the problems in the counselors'construction of agricultural colleges"as the topic, based on the ideological and political education theories and methods, worked for the current agricultural college teachers development requirements, combined with the actual situation of counselors in frontline, analyzed through methods of interviews, questionnaires and related literature query, put forward the problems in the construction'process of the team building in Agricultural Colleges, and at the same time, proposes some solutions and recommendations.This paper consists of four partsPart One: A theory overview of the construction of the counselor team in agricultural college. This section expounds the meaning of construction of the counselor team in agricultural college and the theoretical basis for the construction of the counselor team in agricultural college which lay a foundation to further study.Part two: the basic knowledge on the current situation of counselors in agriculture colleges. This part analyses the status characteristics, the structural characteristics, and the work characteristics of the agricultural college counselors, points that the non-positive characteristics of agricultural college students bring pressure to the work of the counselors.Part there: the explanation of the current situation of the construction of counselors in agricultural colleges. This section further analyses the current status of the construction of counselors in the agricultural colleges and the achievements. And it also explains the problems in constructing the team of counselors and the reason as well as the main contradictionsPart four: Promoting the practical measures on how to strengthen the team construction and how to propose to achieve."The role of counselors in the development of construction"and"strengthen the construction of counselors in agricultural colleges, promoting their functions"in this thesis are the main results, which are the measures directed to the current problems existing in the construction of the counselor team.
