Private College Counselors Research In Qingdao

In the rapid development of private higher education background,attention to and strengthen the theory and practice of construction of private college counselors,counselors build a high quality sustainable development for private colleges and universities fully implement the Party's education policy and training qualified talent,has a very important role.This paper attempts to understand the instructor on the construction of private universities in Qingdao literature survey and questionnaire survey method,the foundation depth analysis on the collected data and relevant literatures,analyzes the current status of private college counselors team construction,and on the basis of problems and causes from the government,schools,private college counselors the team construction of multi angle analysis of the existing,and further to private universities in the construction of counselors to employ staff how to solve and improve the assessment system,improve Counselor's ability level and how to realize the organic unity of counselors' labor value,economic value,social value and benefits through reasonable mechanism put forward reasonable and feasible measures.On the one hand,we should attach importance to the standardization and institutionalization of the management of the counselors,through a sound incentive measures to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the instructor.On the other hand,we should always adhere to the principle of combining team building in recruitment,assessment and incentive mechanism,and actively explore and improve the construction of the new system of counselors,to provide a comprehensive system of protection.This is not only conducive to the healthy development of higher education teaching,but also conducive to the reserve and application of high-quality talent,but also based on the rapid development of China's hundred years of education.
