Teachers'occupational fatigue has become one of the core issues which are commonly concerns the education field recently.Occupational fatigue refers to the extreme reaction that teachers can not successfully deal with the pressure of work, the state of emotional, attitude and behavior failure under the long experience of pressure, and the typical symptoms are low job satisfaction, enthusiasm and interest losing in work and alienation of feelings and indifference. Occupational fatigue not only affects teachers'physical and mental health, students'healthy growth, but also affects the education enterprise and the society development. Many experts and scholars did a wide range of researches on teachers'occupational fatigue, and proposed a number of effective measures to alleviate teachers'occupational fatigue and job stress. Several years have passed, China's economy has entered a rapid development with GDP increased by 9% annually and creates the "Oriental Miracle", people's living standards are constantly improving, the issues of Teachers'occupational fatigue and stress is alleviating? Compared with teachers who work in urban areas, the difficult teaching environment, low wages, many assessment ratings, constantly changing teaching materials and methods and lacking of effective teacher training education, whether the teachers who work in rural primary and secondary schools are suffering heavier occupational pressure? Whether the degree of occupational fatigue would be more serious?In order to clarify the present situation of teachers'occupational fatigue in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, after the review of relative investigations on teachers'occupational fatigue at home and abroad, this thesis chooses questionnaire as the main line, followed by interviews, makes statistical analysis of 7 rural primary schools'144 teachers'occupational fatigue and pressure in five rural areas in Xiangtan, Shaoshan, Xiangxiang, Miluo, Chenzhou. Besides, the survey focus on work, daily life by interviewing of randomly selected 10 teachers work in rural primary and secondary schools, to go deeper into a more realistic understanding of the current teachers'occupational fatigue in rural primary and secondary.The study results illustrate that the occupational fatigue degree of rural primary and secondary school teachers is at a middle level however, a significant proportion of rural teachers presenting an obvious fatigue tendency, the results indicate that teachers'occupational fatigue is not optimistic in rural primary and secondary schools. In the three dimensions of occupational fatigue, emotional exhaustion is the most severe, followed by: low sense of achievement and do away with individualization. Teachers'occupational stress in rural primary and secondary school is more serious. Generally speaking, those teachers feel a high pressure, and rural school teachers'occupational stress come from many aspects, in accordance with the pressure intensity'order they are social pressure, occupational pressure, administrative pressure, teaching pressure, professional development pressure . Research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between teachers'occupational pressure and fatigue, the greater occupational pressure, the more serious of occupational fatigue.Based on the above findings, from the aspects of community, schools and individuals, the author explores the main causes teachers'occupational fatigue in rural primary and secondary schools of and raised some countermeasures and suggestions of reducing and overcoming occupational fatigue occupational fatigue.
