With the intensification of market competition, the working pressure of teachers increases gradually.Teachers who are under pressure for a long time tend to suffer from burnout.Job burnout will bring long-term physical and psychological discomfort, which will lead to physiological fatigue. All these will reduce the work efficiency of teachers, reduce their job satisfaction, and make them feel more pressure, which will lead to job burnout and turnover tendency.Through the collation of relevant literatures,it is found that there are few literatures on the burnout of public funded teachers in the academic circle starting from the overall concept of occupational pressure, and the research on occupational pressure is basically carried out from the perspective of the job itself, with certain limitations. Therefore, this study studies its impact on teacher burnout from two dimensions: internal and external, social and personal.Occupational stress is a kind of work-related factor, which affects workers' psychological state and often has a direct effect on individual behavior and state. In terms of occupational pressure and teacher burnout, social support exerts a subtle influence on teacher occupational pressure through material support and emotional intervention, while social support may have a direct influence on employee burnout.Social cognitive theory holds that individual behavior is inevitably affected by the environment and psychology, especially the subjective well-being perceived by teachers. Therefore, this study introduces subjective well-being to explore its moderating role in the relationship between occupational pressure and teacher burnout,so as to make the influence mechanism and action mechanism of the relationship betweenoccupational pressure and teacher burnout more specific. This study adopts the method of empirical study of hypothesis test, the selection of domestic and foreign mature scale design of the questionnaire, through the way of questionnaire survey, collecting 331 valid questionnaires, statistical analysis by SPSS and MPLUS software of descriptive statistics, letter validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis,in order to explore occupational stress, social support, subjective well-being and the relationship between job burnout. The empirical results show that: first, occupational pressure is positively correlated with teacher burnout;Second, occupational pressure is negatively correlated with social support of teachers.Thirdly, social support plays an intermediary role between occupational stress and burnout.Fourth, subjective well-being plays a moderating role between occupational pressure and social support. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper further discusses the influence mechanism of occupational pressure on job burnout, and puts forward some Suggestions on how to alleviate the job burnout of teachers.
