The youth is strong,the country is strong,the students in the period of youth is the hope of the country's future,their development determines the country's future destiny.In 2016,the state council issued the opinions on strengthening physical education in schools to promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of students,which placed physical education teachers in an important position and emphasized further promoting the reform and development of physical education in schools to promote the physical and mental health and physical fitness of students.This shows that good school sports work can exercise students' physical quality,cultivate their hard-working,cooperative spirit.As a large agricultural country,China has released a series of major policies and policies on rural education and teachers in recent years,and the attention to rural teachers has become increasingly high,which has greatly improved the occupational status of rural teachers.However,compared with teachers of other subjects,the rural PE teachers are in a marginal position,and the rural school leaders and parents pay little attention to the school PE work.Therefore,the rural physical education teachers do not feel happy in their work and have low professional achievement.In addition,with the continuous development of China's education and the deepening of the reform of physical education curriculum,the occupational pressure of rural physical education teachers has become increasingly prominent.Some physical education teachers have suffered from insomnia,depression and other adverse symptoms of different degrees,and they are tired of their jobs and even have the impulse to quit.Under the circumstance that the state repeatedly emphasizes the physical quality of students,the work of physical education teachers is restrained by various external and internal factors,which leads to the excessive professional pressure of physical education teachers,which not only affects their physical and mental health,but also affects the healthy growth of students.Therefore,only physical and mental health,positive physical teachers can better complete the teaching objectives,train a group of moral,intellectual,physical,physical and labor comprehensive development of rural youth.Based on the theory of teachers' occupational stress,this study USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey research methods,such as in zibo city rural sports teachers occupational stress investigation and study,understand the situation of zibo city rural PE teachers occupational stress and its influencing factors,such as content,and then puts forward the corresponding mitigation strategies,can improve the rural sports teachers' teaching enthusiasm,let students take exercise,better for the related department of education,rural schools provide valuable reference.Through the investigation and analysis of this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The basic situation of the occupational pressure of rural PE teachers is not optimistic,among which 89.1% of PE teachers feel different degrees of occupational pressure,and only 10.9% of PE teachers think there is no occupational pressure.2.The factors influencing the occupational pressure of rural PE teachers are in the following order: work factor,student factor,career expectation factor,parents factor,and interpersonal relationship factor.3.There are significant differences in the occupational pressure of rural PE teachers in the variables of gender,age,teaching age,professional title,marital status,full-time and part-time PE teachers,but no significant differences in the variables of educational background.4.To alleviate the occupational pressure of physical education teachers in rural areas,the government should strengthen efforts to improve the related policies of physical education teachers;Focus on social concern,improve the social status of physical education teachers;Optimize school management,improve the working environment of physical education teachers;Family support to reduce the psychological burden of physical education teachers;Teachers self-regulation,take active and effective mitigation.
