By the methods of documentation, expert-interviewing, analysis and comparison, the writer did the thorough research on high school in Hunan Province in the west "Sports and Health" survey the current situation of reform and analysis, reveals the constraints on this basis, Hunan Province, High School, "Sports and Health" to implement curriculum reform, curriculum reform, sports and health factors and corresponding countermeasures. The results showed that:①high school leadership department, "Sports and Health" course of the implementation of the pay enough attention, did not cause a high degree of attention;②the level of economic and cultural development, lack of funds, teachers in the educational structure, age structure, level of scientific research Factors such as restricting the "Sports and Health" curriculum reform;③high school's sports facilities can not meet the needs of physical education, thus affecting the interest and enthusiasm for learning, students have physical education learning more clear, positive goals and motivation;④relatively simple teaching methods, teaching the older content and affect student interest in learning and training;⑤At present, the constraints high school in Hunan Province, Western Sports and Health Courses factors are: concepts of education, teachers participate in curriculum reform initiative, ability to structure the knowledge of teachers, leadership attention and support, sports equipment, physical education teaching management system rigid body of educational evaluation and other factors.
