Paying attention to the development of Hui education is of great and far-reaching practical significance for promoting the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,struggle for unity,and common prosperity in the Hui region,and for promoting economic development,regional education development,relatively fair education at all levels and balanced development of education.Therefore,this study takes the poor students of Hui nationality in rural junior high school in the western region as the research area,selects a school in the Ningxia Hui nationality area as the research base,and uses a questionnaire survey method,interview method,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to study the Hui ethnic group Existing problems,the reasons for the formation of learning difficulties,in-depth thinking,research and analysis,trying to put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.The findings are as follows:The author attempts to analyze the causes of the learning difficulties of Hui students in this school from the aspects of the students with difficulties,their families,schools,village environment,and network culture.The reasons include:weak academic foundation and inability to connect primary and secondary schools;weak learning will and lack of overcoming difficulties Courage;poor learning habits and methods lead to insufficient motivation;marginal status leads to passive adaptation to the identity of"Hui's poor students".It also seeks precise education transformation strategies from the aspects of school's emphasis on Hui students,teachers' enthusiasm for education and teaching,family support for children's schooling,villages and network culture.The full text is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,starting from the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review,the theoretical support,the research design,the research focus,the difficulties and the innovations;the second part is the current situation investigation Results statistics,mainly through the survey process,quantitative analysis of survey results,qualitative interpretation of interview results,combing analysis of survey results,etc.to sort out the learning status of students with learning difficulties;the third part is the cause analysis,mainly from its own factors,family,school,Social and other four dimensions for in-depth analysis.According to the causes of learning difficulties,adequate care is given to students with learning difficulties,and society,schools,and families at the same time cultivate and stimulate learning motivations,and propose feasible transformation strategies to promote the transformation of students with learning difficulties.
