Research On The Outdoor Sports Service System Of Hunan Province

The outdoor sports service system of Hunan province is the sum of a series of concrete services in the purpose of promoting the university PE reformation and meeting the students'need for the outdoor sports. The services are mainly conducted for the college students in Hunan by the ministry of education, university, outdoor sports clubs who run their business on the requirements of the national laws and policies, on the relative principles and regulations. It aims to intergrade the influential factors into a service and indemnificatory system to guarantee the nicer outdoor service for college students and to end up with the best-profit equilibrium among universities, students and outdoor sports clubs.The great renascence of chinese nation is the motivation of constructing the college outdoor service system; the college students'need for outdoor sports is the gist of constructing the college outdoor service system. The survey shows that nowdays college students are in the greater need of doing outdoor sports, which can not be supplied by the current university PE administrative system. with the accelerated process of urbanization, this contradiction will become more acute. Therefore constructing the outdoor sports service system turns out to be the key way to solve the problem.This thesis is established in the outdoor sports actuality of the college students in Hunan province. It discusses the neccesity and theoritical bases and principles of constructing the outdoor sports service system in Hunan province from the angle of pedagogics, sociology,administration, economics, civilization and histology. It makes the study with the mothods of literature information, questionaire, interview, statistics. The thesis covers the following two aspects: Firstly the outdoor sports actuality of the college students in Hunan province and the analysis on influential factors. Secondly the theorotical model for outdoor sports service system of Hunan province composed by six modules including administrative system, technical service system, supplying system, policy and laws system, sucurity insurance system and supervision and accessment system. Theoretically this thesis constructs the framework and content of outdoor sports service system of Hunan province. Meanwhile, it brings forward the relative countermeasures to the implements of the system.
