Cooperative learning is also called collaborative learning. It studies and uses interpersonal relations of classroom education as the starting point, which is based on modern social psychology, educational sociology and cognitive psychology. It completes the learning tasks together in the form of teachers and students contact or students and students contact in order to create a harmonious and pleasant classroom atmosphere. This teaching theory is spread into our country in the 1980s and applied to physical education in the late 1990s. After nearly a decade of exploration and development, Practice has proved that physical education cooperative learning has not only broken the traditional educational pattern of the teacher alone to teach and the student was compelled to accept, but also effectively improved the enthusiasm and subjectivity of students participate in learning. So it promotes the student cultivation of cognitive, emotional, cooperation consciousness, enterprising spirit, and improves the education quality powerfully. However, in the long-term implementation of cooperative learning process, we found that it also has many insufficiencies. Such as the fuzzy teacher own localization, cooperation environment alienation, lack of objective evaluation criteria of cooperation effect and so on.Firstly, we expound cooperative learning systematically in this paper. For the fuzzy teacher own localization phenomenon, which cooperation strategy the teacher should select in the cooperation learning process is presented through the gambling analysis. Secondly, considering the comprehensive factor of influencing cooperative learning, this paper proposes the method of promoting cooperative learning and improving cooperative learning environment. This method is associated the learning effect with the social needs.Finally, combining the various factors of cooperative learning with the aims of education together, a new effect Evaluation system based on dynamic cooperation is designed. This system evaluates the effects of cooperative learning from cooperation strategy choice, cooperation scope, and cooperation obtained at the same time.In view of the flaw of cooperative learning, this paper makes the improvement from three different perspectives to the cooperative learning method. The results show that the cooperative learning methods presented in this paper can promote cooperation enthusiasm and enhance the effectiveness of cooperative learning. So the improved cooperative learning methods have good application and utility.
