Cooperative learning is a Theoretic and strategic system which is based on the interactive between students and teachers and in accordance with group evaluation and group rewarding, which has heterogeneous group as its basic organizing form and focuses on multilateral interaction so as to promote the development of students cooperation consciousness and cooperative skills to improve their cognitive level. There are a lot of reports that cooperative learning is used in the ordinary middle schools inside and outside the country. But there is no research about cooperative learning that is used in secondary vocational schools. Implementing cooperative learning enables Vocational School's students to develop comprehensive skills, give them more chances to take part in the teaching which embody the main position. Cooperative learning becomes a process that makes students form optimistic feeling and attitude , competence of study independently and promotion of cooperation consciousness and cooperation skill level. The research was to explore the combination of cooperative learning with vocational education teaching in vocational schools so as to find a new mode of vocational education. Analyzing the current situation of vocational schools' teaching as well as the requirement of the students in the future, the writer suggested an appropriate application of cooperative learning to the teaching of vocational schools. By means of a series of tasks related to the students' future work, the new mode socialized and practical teaching so as to strengthen the students' comprehensive competence.The research includes as follow: Achievement of cooperative learning has been summarized at first in the article, including the concept of cooperation and cooperative learning; the background of cooperative learning; the correlated theory base of cooperative learning; the basic elements of cooperative learning team and modes; the difference of cooperative learning team and traditional learning team, grasping the basic knowledge about cooperative learning for researching the vocational school.
