Cooperation is essential for a 21st--century citizen. It is not inborn but acquired as one grows up. At school, students are required not only to learn how to compete but also cooperate. Cooperative learning introduces the concept of cooperation into the teaching field.This new-course reform attaches much importance to the method. Group cooperation in learning, as one teaching organizing mode which is able to change students' way of learning, has been widely used in the teaching field. The dissertation studies its application through questionnaire, interview, attending lectures, case study, etc. The paper finds the cooperation learning has not fully functioned and many teachers still have misunderstanding and confusion on how to use it in teaching.The author studies the cooperation learning in high school IT education, notes in detail how students perform in the course, and collects the promotive and interactive conversations between group members. On the basis of that, the author sums up the interior and exterior characteristics of the effective cooperative learning, focuses on the effectiveness of cooperation and put forward tactics on how to apply the method effectively in compliance with the high school IT education. The dissertation includes several parts as follows: types of the cooperative learning, affecting factors, organizing principles, common problems and resolution methods in the cooperation learning, the evaluations on it, etc.
