Farmers' children occupy a large proportion of education group. Their educational situation directly affects the education level of the whole group and ultimately affects the level of human capital stock.. But the reality is:the rural population stays in the low level of education overall. Today, the key to improve the children' education level is to develop high school education. Developing high school education is an important means of diversion of the rural population and is helpful for promoting China's further urbanization and social development. This paper focuses on the factors that affect Farmers'children gaining the investment of high school education, taking Xiangyin of Hunan for example.Firstly, the paper build the theoretical basis:human capital theory and behavioral science theory; secondly, it overviews the basic situation of high school education of each grade; again, it focuses on the factors that affect Farmers' children gaining the investment of high school education, taking Xiangyin of Hunan for example. This part makes the analysis from two aspects:on the one hand, the factors that affect junior three students' further studies will and school choice, on the other hand, the factors that affect high school students'behavior. Finally, it presents opinions on how to create better conditions for students to gain quality high school education and how to promote the development of high school education from the degree of government, society, schools, families and students.The importance of high school education is obvious, high school education for farmers'children has a special and more important significance. The study of this article is of novelty and profound significance.
