With the continuous deepening of reform of higher education, the universities and technological strength competition unceasing enhancement, at present the university is playing the more and more vital role in the advance in technology and the economical development. Therefore, both university teachers face many opportunities, but also is facing an unprecedented psychological pressure.In a series of teaching and front the control system reform, university teachers have generally suffered from a considerable degree of work and stress. From a psychological point of view, the pressure excessively affects the psychologically healthy, have all kinds of physical and mental imbalances, these disorders if they are not timely and effective adjustments could lead to more severe psychological crisis, would seriously endanger the physical and mental health of teachers. Teachers are the key to school education, the teacher's personality and mental health, directly or indirectly affect the students' mental development and formation of good behaviour, for teachers in the State of personal work also has an extremely important role.This thesis in reference of the psychological pressure of teachers on the basis of the results, mainly in the middle of the four provincial University teachers for the study of objects, through a questionnaire to collect information on the use of quantitative and qualitative research, teacher of psychological pressure situation for description and analysis, with an emphasis on analysis of the cause of the Faculty of the primary sources of psychological pressure, and the mitigation of college teachers of various measures of psychological stress.Paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the research purpose, significance, status and research ideas in this paper; the second part discusses the theory of psychological stress related problems; the third section focuses on analysis of the cause of the psychological pressure of college teachers of the primary sources of data for analysis and, based on the findings from the teaching and research, student life, society and the four areas for detailed analysis; the fourth part in the analysis generated University teachers in the basis of the sources of stress, from the society, the teacher own and the school three aspects proposed the alleviation the psychological pressure of university teachers university teacher pressure question measure.One is the social aspect, to establish a reasonable system of evaluating teachers, and a series of measures to improve the social status of teachers, and university income. The community should also step up publicity efforts to form a kind of "respecting teachers and valuing" public opinion, provide teachers with adequate social support; the second is the teacher aspect, the teachers themselves to enhance mental health awareness, and learn self-management and emotional adapt, and develop a healthy lifestyle to improve their psychological quality,enhance the capacity to respond to the pressure of. The third is the school aspect, the school should be concerned about the mental health of teachers and to mental health education, and establishing the psychological crisis intervention mechanism, as they set up mental health service institutions, to psychological problems can be resolved in a timely manner.
