Therefore, both university teachers face many opportunities, but also is facing an unprecedented psychological pressure.In a series of teaching and front the control system reform, university teachers have generally suffered from a considerable degree of work and stress. From a psychological point of view, the pressure excessively affects the psychologically healthy, have all kinds of physical and mental imbalances, these disorders if they are not timely and effective adjustments could lead to more severe psychological crisis, would seriously endanger the physical and mental health of teachers.
